These Terms for Transportation Services are governed and controlled by the Terms of Service Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service Agreement.

  1.             Tickets

Tickets are limited as endorsed and are not transferable. If presented for transportation by any person other than the person for whom originally purchased, the ticket will be void and may be confiscated. Resale of Pacific Camp tickets is strictly prohibited and Pacific Camp reserves all rights with respect to any violation of this restriction, including recovery of damages and prosecution. Each ticket and corresponding fees are valid only for the schedule, date and time for which purchased and no modifications are permitted. Pacific is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Ticket sales are limited to four per purchaser. All one-way and round trip tickets are good for one year from the date of sale. Please print your ticket(s) or save them to your mobile device before arriving and proceed directly to the boarding area. Each passenger must present a physical or digital ticket with the reservation code and a valid photo ID to board the bus. Non-booking passengers must be accompanied by the booking passenger upon boarding.

  1.             Travel

Departure dates and times are subject to change. Pacific Camp  is not responsible for any delays caused by breakdowns, road conditions, weather or other conditions beyond Pacific’s reasonable control. Sleeping cabins are automatically assigned to a ticket at the time of booking a reservation unless selected by the traveler upon booking, however actual seat availability and assignments are subject to change. Only one passenger per sleeping cabin shall be permitted. All travelers are required to check in with a Pacific representative no less than 15 minutes prior to their scheduled departure.

  1.             Fares, Fees & Promotions

Fares may be subject to additional charges including taxes. Fares are payable only via website. Fares are valid only for the schedule, date, and time quotes. Fares are subject to change and may vary depending on supply or the date, time or schedule quotes. Fares may be higher during holiday and peak periods. Special fares are subject to availability.

Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. You must be over 13 years old to accept the offer. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17 (or otherwise below the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian permission. To accept the offer, you must also have a compatible Internet-connected device and have or activate a Pacific Camp account. All promotional codes must be submitted within the term of the promotional offer period. Promotional codes may be used only once and are limited to one per booking. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or credits. Lost or stolen promotional codes cannot be redeemed.

  1.             Cancellations & Refunds

Reservations cancelled within one week of a confirmed booking are fully refundable, at a value equal to the total fare paid, so long as such cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip departure time. Reservations cancelled after 24 hours of a confirmed booking are refundable less a five dollar (USD $5.00) cancellation fee per reservation (the “Cancellation Fee”), so long as such cancellation is made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled trip departure time. The Cancellation Fee will be deducted from the amount refundable to you.

All approved refunds will be refunded back to the payment method originally used.

Reservations booked within 48 hours of the scheduled trip departure time and canceled 24 hours before the scheduled trip departure time are eligible only to receive credit, in the form of a promotion code at a value equal to the total ticket fare paid, that can be used towards any future bookings that are made within 1 year from the date the credit was issued. Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip departure time are non-refundable.

Reservations scheduled for holidays or for special events are not refundable if cancelled less than 72 hours before the scheduled trip departure time.

Please note that if your reservation consists of more than one ticket, cancelling the reservation will cancel all tickets within that reservation. If you wish to only cancel individual tickets within a reservation, please contact Pacific Camp Customer Support by emailing help@pacific.camp. The same cancellation terms set forth in this section apply to individual tickets within a reservation, except that if you cancel individual tickets under the same reservation at different times, the Cancellation Fee will apply for each separate cancellation.

  1.             Parking

Camp takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety of the parking lots provided for passengers, but Camp provides no warranties or guarantees regarding parking. You are solely responsible for any damage to your vehicle or any property inside your vehicle.

  1.             Luggage

Passengers are limited to two (2) pieces of luggage for carriage in the vehicle’s under-bay luggage compartment per passenger reservation. A piece of luggage must not exceed 62 inches when adding the total exterior dimensions of the piece (length + width + height) and cannot weigh more than 50 pounds. Passengers are also limited to one (1) small carry-on bag that can fit in the passenger’s assigned sleeping cabin. Any carry-on bag that does not fit in the passenger’s assigned sleeping cabin or prevents the passenger’s ability to safely enter or exit their assigned sleeping cabin will be required to be placed in the under bay luggage compartment prior to departure which is not accessible during a trip. Any carry-on bag a traveler wishes to have with them during transit must fit in their assigned sleeping cabin, which generally can accommodate a purse, computer bag or small backpack (bags that commonly fit in a commercial airline overhead compartment will not fit in a motor bus's overhead compartment). Pacific Camp is not responsible for any damage to your luggage. Passengers may not transport in their baggage, on their person, or otherwise, any weapons of any kind or items that are inherently dangerous, including any hazardous materials as defined by the US Department of Transportation.

All baggage must be claimed promptly upon arrival. Storage charges apply for late claimed baggage. Certain articles are not accepted for carriage in Camp’s sole discretion, including without limitation the items listed here. Camp may open and inspect your luggage.

  1.             Acceptable Conduct

Travelers are expected to exhibit professional courtesy and behavior onboard Camp buses. Camp reserves the right to remove any passenger who, in Camp's sole discretion, is exhibiting behavior unacceptable to Camp travel. Examples of unacceptable behavior include, but are not limited to, intoxication, using illegal or prohibited substances, rowdy, loud, lewd, offensive, or hazardous acts.

  1.             Customers Traveling in Wheeled Mobility Devices

Any traveler who intends to travel in a wheeled mobility device must purchase a disabled ticket and is encouraged to book as far in advance as possible and in all cases at least 24 hours in advance of the trip, as each bus is limited to two passengers traveling in a wheeled mobility device. Each bus is equipped with a wheeled mobility device ramp, and Camp representatives will be available to assist passengers using this ramp to board the bus.

By purchasing a disabled ticket, you may choose to remain in your wheeled mobility device during your trip within a designated area on the bus. You may also move to a sleeping cabin, and Camp representatives may be available to assist you. If you have questions or concerns regarding your travel please contact Camp at help@pacific.camp.

  1.             Children

All passengers, regardless of age, must have their own purchased seats. Camp does not allow children under the age of 10 aboard a bus. Children between the age of 10 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult and may not travel alone.

Animals, except service animals, are not allowed on a Pacific Camp bus. All service animals must be harnessed and controlled by the passenger at all times.

With the exception of small snacks, passengers are not permitted to consume or bring outside food on board. Passengers are not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages onboard.

Camp may in its sole discretion offer certain dietary supplements and over-the-counter drugs upon request. Camp will provide a written waiver and release of liability, which passengers must sign and return to Pacific Camp prior to receiving any such items.

  1.           Damages and Incidentals

If a passenger permanently damages or vandalized any property within the bus, including but not limited to the sheets, mattress or pillows, the passenger will be charged the amount for replacement of the damaged property up to $500 USD.

In no event shall Pacific Camp be liable for direct, consequential or incidental damages for loss, damage or delay, including weather delays. However, Camp will make reasonable attempts to minimize the delays and/or make alternate arrangements to enable bus travel to your final destination.

When making prototypes for usability testing purposes, it’s important to maintain the suspension of disbelief in your participants mind so you can capture authentic user behavior. You want to make sure that the fidelity of your prototype will not influence your results.

Making prototypes in Figma has improved a lot over the years, but prototyping hover states for buttons is still a thing people struggle with.
